- Customer: Refers to the company, organisation, or person that signs up to use the GIFTY YOU Service.
- Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit GIFTY YOU and use the services.
- Service: Refers to the service provided by GIFTY YOU as described in the relative terms and on this platform.
- You: A person or entity that is registered with GIFTY YOU to use the Services.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week from the date of purchase to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the original packaging it was sent in.
At GIFTY YOU, we are committed to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care.
There are times when we may not have the product(s) you selected in stock, or may face issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance. If you have paid via online payment (not Cash on Delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing each order and ensure that the packing is secure so that items are not damaged during transit. Please note that GIFTY YOU is not liable for damages caused to items during transit or transportation.
We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and, if it meets the guidelines above, we will proceed to issue a refund. Your refund may take up to 14 working days to process.
GIFTY YOU is not responsible for return shipping costs. All return shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item originally had free shipping.
By using our website/app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this policy, those changes will be prominently posted here. If you continue to use the Service after such changes, you will be bound by the updated policy. If you do not agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you may delete your account.
